UNSPOKEN!
Bravo 22 Company is a recovery through the arts programme made possible by The Royal British Legion and The Drive Project, successfully organising regional projects for the Armed Forces community.
“Bravo 22 Company is an awesome project. Come and get involved.”
Ray Winstone, Actor
The programme aims to give Service people and veterans new skills and experiences. It also hopes to improve confidence, self-awareness and motivation. All these support an individual's recovery and the transition into civilian life.
I was thrilled to be asked by Phil and Kim Hoffman to be the spoken voice and singing coach for Bravo 22's production of Unspoken which told the real life stories of 100 Wounded, Injured and Sick Service personnel, veterans and their family members have been re-imagined to create a heart wrenching tale of love and loss.
What a journey we all had! My work finished in August 2018 and it was such an honour to see the cast perform at Edinburgh Festival.
